I'm trying to figure out my Instagram follower list.

This started when I was looking for a specific creator I had followed not long ago, I was sure I’d remember the name once I saw it, but after scrolling through dozens of profiles, everything began to blend together, what surprised me most was how many accounts I had added over time without keeping any memory of where I found them, somewhere during that search recently-followed, and it made me think about how quickly our online activity piles up in the background, we click follow while watching a video, reading a post, or exploring a recommendation, then move on within seconds, a few weeks later, retracing those steps can feel almost impossible, does anyone else occasionally get curious about their own follow history and how their interests have changed over time?

Thumb stopped mid-scroll for no particular reason, and that random pause ended up sending me into a surprisingly deep look at how Instagram activity changes from day to day, I had noticed that some accounts seemed to appear out of nowhere while others faded from view, so while checking recently-followed I started connecting a few patterns I had never paid attention to before, the whole thing felt like discovering the backstage version of my feed, since then, I’ve become much more aware of how quickly online interactions can shift without any obvious announcement.
